JOSHUA BLACK is a dark comedy/fantasy series that follows a reluctant teenage deity, who inherits the throne of Heaven. The book follows seventeen-year-old Joshua Black as he learns to wield his powers responsibly, eventually becoming the God that he was meant to be. Along with this new found power though, comes a great burden, as forces of both good and evil pull him in every direction. While the series focuses primarily on the young deity, the world of Joshua Black is filled with unique, multidimensional characters, all of whom have fascinating stories of their own to tell.
