Judge Dredd title launched by Fleetway to capitalise on the original 1995 Sylvester Stallone Judge Dredd movie.

Published fortnightly, it featured Dredd adventures set in the movie's timeline, rather than the main Dredd timeline featured in 2000AD and the Judge Dredd Megazine.

Lawman of the Future lasted for 23 issues before being cancelled. Additional stories commissioned for Lawman of the Future but not published prior to the series cancellation were later collected in the Judge Dredd Action Special.
