One of the last comics that Quality would start, they would soon after it's start go out of bussiness selling the rights to their characters and titles to DC comics.
Of the few they were publishing at the time DC let T-Man and Plastic Man go out of print and while contiuning to publish Blackhawk and Robin Hood Tales.
