In the dense forests of Central America, a S.T.A.R. Labs research team makes an incredible discovery: a spacecraft of unknown origin, which could point humanity toward new technological advances - or spell its doom. The Man of Steel quickly joins the team, only to find that the ship is somehow draining his super powers, and that a terrorist organization plans to use it to commit murder on a global scale.
